Pilates and Mindfulness at Bells

You can now book a 75-minute Pilates and mindfulness session with me at Bells at Killcare on the Central Coast.

In order for your body and mind to function well, it requires nourishment, not only from food and water but from movement and mindfulness. Just as a garden needs water, fertiliser, good soil, patience and love to flourish, so too do we so that we thrive, not just survive.

When we move more mindfully in class and through life, we unravel the tension and patterns holding us back. We set the wheels in motion for a life of less suffering and more joy.

Together, Pilates and mindfulness improve your mood, awareness, focus and concentration and mobilises and strengthens your entire body leaving you feeling strong and centred. 

That’s why I teach Pilates and Mindfulness as a complete package and wholeheartedly believe it is the key to whole-body health.

Each private session consists of sixty minutes of Pilates finishing with fifteen minutes of mindfulness meditation. The whole session is specifically tailored to you and your body's needs.
