Group Challenge
- Identify a specific behavioral improvement or attitude improvement that you and the other group members would like to boost
- Answer Q's to learn more about your personalities and strategies that haven't worked in the past
- Identify motivational factors needed and obstacles to achieving desired outcome
- Challenge each other in an intensive thrust forward in the area you've chosen
- Example challenges: weight loss, exercise regimens, relationship enhancement, self esteem, body image, sexual performance, career enhancement, overcoming trauma
- Celebrate victories together
