Weekly Coaching Sessions (Weeks 2-12): - A total of 10 one-hour coaching sessions conducted via video calls or phone. - Sessions will focus on various aspects, including emotional well-being, personal growth, and work-life balance. - Tailored exercises, techniques, and advice to address specific client needs.
Unlimited Email Support (Throughout): - Clients can email questions, updates, or concerns at any time. - Responses within 24-48 hours to ensure continuous support.
Customized Homework and Exercises (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly): - Assignments and exercises designed to help clients implement strategies discussed during coaching sessions. - These assignments will be tailored to individual goals and progress.
Progress Tracking and Feedback (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) : - Bi-weekly check-ins to review progress and provide feedback. - Adjustments to the coaching plan based on client feedback and evolving needs.
Access to Exclusive Resources: - Provide access to a library of resources, including e-books, worksheets, and guided meditation recordings. - Resources cover topics like stress management, self-discovery, and achieving balance.

Customization Options: - Frequency of Sessions: choose between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions based on your needs and availability. - Focus Areas: we prioritize stress reduction, personal growth and well-being but we can expand the areas as and when needed. - Duration: our package duration is a minimum of 3 months, although I usually recommend 6 months but it can be extended to a year to accommodate your goals and timelines.
