1) As soon as you’ve clicked the button on the top right, watch for an email from me with next steps and your meeting Zoom links. (If you don’t see my email get in touch, and remember to check your spam or junk folder.)
This is everything you need for our 6 group sessions, with group chats, personal reflection, and thought-provoking activities to increase your motivation and fuel your goal progress. As well as opportunities to work together on your individual coaching while in the group, we’ll also have 2 individual calls together, to help you make as much progress as possible - and make LASTING change!
2) Next, in your Paperbell account, you will have access to a few resources on goal achievement to help you get started even before the group begins! This part is completely optional, but many of my clients like to get started right away. That said, you choose how this first stage of the journey works best for you.
Remember, you also choose which area in your life you want to work on, and the "Flower of Life" and "5 Tips for Achieving Your Goals--for Good" can guide you through the very first steps at your own pace.
