Shaun’s coaching fee is $4000 per month per Sponsor. This rate is inclusive of any reporting if we decide to pursue assessments and/or 360 reviews, and is objective-oriented. The Coaching Program includes up to two sessions per month per client, where clients can bring anything they need help with to the table and get support from Shaun. Sessions can be video or in-person when possible, and may range from 60- to 120-minutes based on the Client needs.
Coaching includes emails and ad hoc calls to supplement sessions and support Client development as needed. Because progress and change take time, each Client targets working together for 10 sessions over a 5-month period.
Within 24 hours after each session, the client can request to receive Shaun’s notes from the conversation capturing and organizing all the strings of thoughts that came up during the work together, including any recommended resources.
The client, Sponsor, and Coach will check in halfway and evaluate an updated end date based on new milestones and the progress from our work together through the Coaching Program.
