PIPs or Performance Improvement Plans are (in my humble opinion) a way for companies to manage employees out under questionable circumstances, rather than about trying to keep the employee. This package is for folks who have been put on a PIP and don't want to wait to be managed out before looking for other work and instead want to start now!

We'll start by going through a "leaving your role" checklist, get your current role on your resume, and get a good understanding of the current market and job search strategies.

Through the next month of asynchronous coaching, we'll whirlwind our way through: confirming you've completed your checklist of leaving duties, creating your cover letter(s), reviewing and updating your LinkedIn, and prepping for interviews, all while answering your questions as they come up.

“ For context, I had recently made a pivot in my career to the pharmaceutical industry after over a decade in retail pharmacy. I was very new to the pharma industry and in a consulting position, so I knew this role I had taken to exit the retail (pivot) world would be short term. I started looking and applying for new jobs on my own, with some “no thank you”, no interviews, and mostly no response at all.
