Over the last 20+ years I've worked as a consultant for over 400 companies (Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Stripe, and Spotify, just to name a few), providing guidance on marketing, brand positioning, product, and business operations. I've also served as an advisor and mentor for multiple startups and founders through Microsoft Ventures, 9 Mile Labs, and other groups.

I've also written three books, including a bestseller, that address various aspects of human performance, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and personal development. I deeply understand what makes both people and businesses tick, and how to optimize both to achieve any desired end.
