30 minute consult call to chat about your unique situation - your challenges, your hopes, dreams, goals, etc. and how we might be able to work together to help you achieve those goals and dreams.

It's a chance to meet me, Ashley, ask any questions you have, chat through the different ways we could work together to see which might be the best fit for you. All that fun stuff. It often turns into a bit of a strategy session which is kinda lovely. :)

We'll meet for 30 minutes via our own private zoom room. I always recommend finding a private place where you won't be distracted for our call and even better if it's somewhere nice and cozy for you.

During our call, we will jump right in to discuss what you want to change, and what the process of working together is like and how we're able to make lasting change in our brains.
