What is The Soul-Care Coaching Circle?
· A group coaching program that equips Christian women with tools of Awareness, Alignment, Action and Accountability, resulting in a life of Abundance.
· Awareness: Learning how to name and describe what they are feeling, and how to identify the thoughts that are creating them, and how to receive compassion from the Lord in the midst of those emotions.
· Alignment: Learning how to humbly ask the Lord for His thoughts about themselves, about their situation, and the people that they are in relationship with; and then willingly choosing to align their thoughts with the mental maps of Jesus.
· Action: Learning how to allow this newfound perspective and mindset to move them into courageous action.
· Accountability: Within the context of a supportive, non-judgmental community of like-minded women with their hearts set like steel on their common mission, all members will be strengthened and encouraged by sharing and hearing one another’s testimonies.
· As a result, these women will grow in their ability to act in Truth and Love more consistently with each passing week.
· From the overflow of a calm mind, a full heart, and a centered soul, women will experience what it means to walk about in freedom.
Through teaching and coaching, we will begin to close the gap between who we are in our daily interactions and who we want to become, by:
· Becoming skilled in observing our thoughts
· Identifying lies that we are believing and living
· Growing in emotional awareness, without numbing, ignoring, resisting or impulsively reacting to our emotions
· Practicing calming our minds and listening for God’ voice
· Humbly taking responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings, and actions, without blaming or shaming ourselves or others
· Releasing control over that which is outside our control
· Discovering our own core values and learning how to live into those values more fully
· Aiming to honor God, honor our own experience, and honor others in all we do
· Fearlessly pursuing Love and Truth
