Identify my Attachment Style
Your attachment style reflects the strategies you developed early in life to navigate relationships, shaped by how you experienced care and connection. To identify your style, reflect on how you respond to relational stress-do you seek reassurance (anxious), avoid closeness (avoidant), oscillate between the two (fearful), or feel secure and balanced in connection (secure)?

KEEP SWIMMING SUCCESS PRINCIPLES
1. Show Up and Show Out
Create an I AM statement.
When an individual can find the underlying meaning to their pursuit, they can trigger motivation and desire. The more we think about and act on our intentions the more they become our reality.
2. Never Swim Alone
Identifying your Circle of Support and how each person supports you is key so you can go to the individual(s) for what support you are in need of.
3. Use Swim Fins and Goggles
Identify resources available to you, learn how to access them, and then leverage them.
4. Goal Clarity is Key – Your Set Point
Aligning actions with intentions requires understanding of what you truly want.
5. Faith Over Fear, Don’t Fear Change
By identifying what you are afraid to lose if you make a change or what you will have to do that you fear, will bring awareness of the barrier that is getting in the way of you making progress through change.
6. Faith Over Fear, Don’t Fear Failure
Where are you playing it safe? Zero crashes are not perfection; it is insecurity and a front for not pushing yourself.
7. Don’t Skip Warm Up or Cool Down
Be on when you’re on and off when you’re off.
Self > Family > Rest > Work
8. Swim Really Fast, Swim Really Slow
Embrace the seasons of life, there will be times of calm water and times of whitewater, sunshine, and storms! Don’t hope for easy, know that there will be struggles, prepare and storm proof your life!
9. Learn Multiple Strokes, Don’t Just Freestyle
Stay humble, keep an open mind and always be learning!
