24 coaching sessions over six months to help you deepen your self-awareness and operationalize your values, put your courageous leadership skills into action, and increase your impact. Optional:  receive a Dare to Lead™ Trained certificate and LinkedIn badge upon completion of the curriculum.

We’ll meet 16 times over a total of 4-5 months to talk about YOU and focus on how to create some breathing space in your life so you can start feeling better and making the changes that you choose. Meetings are virtual or in-person in Austin, TX.

This package includes 10 hours of mentoring for coaches seeking ICF coach accreditation. Sessions will be designed in collaboration to include answering questions, practice coaching and feedback. I also offer email support between sessions for questions.
