That can result in that very common state of career ambivalence, disinterest or even unhappiness.
But not you! You realise that in this moment, you would benefit from some time and space to help you work out next steps. This could be in relation to post-18 options such as uni course, potential apprenticeships, applying for internships and so much more.
Alternatively, it may be that you are a few years into your first few jobs and as you are establishing what you enjoy and don't enjoy about your role/s - you know that having a discussion would be highly beneficial.
Whether you are early or mid-career, there's never a down side to taking a moment for some guided reflection and challenge to help you establish potential next steps. (Please note there is a separate career clarity power hour link for those age 30+)
This is a standalone one-hour appointment which can only be booked up to 2 times per year however there is the option of extending it to include a fuller package of career coaching if that's of interest.
Lots can happen in an hour! Book here to proceed and we'll connect soon to confirm the appointment time.
Testimonials
"What Gina offers young people in the midst of the most stressful times in their lives is what I imagine a lighthouse offers a ship in stormy weather; calm, reassuring guidance.
I cannot overstate the value of her guidance, not only for her ability to offer constructive plans to my career development, but also the manner in which that advice is delivered. Talking to careers advisor doesn't come hand-in-hand with a truly enjoyable experience, but with Gina you leave the meeting smiling.
For any career development questions, general guidance or just someone to rant to when the labour market bites back at you: Gina is the woman for the job."

My secondary school has been so lucky to have Mrs Visram as its head of careers. I don’t think I realised just how privileged we were to have her until after I left school and saw that having that much career support in your school was not the norm. She not only set everyone in the year up with Year 10 work experience, but she also frequently hosted careers fairs at our school with very big firms and educational institutions present. It was thanks to her event organisation that I began thinking about applying to Oxbridge in the first place; and she was supportive throughout the whole process and even after I started at Oxford.
Aside from all her incredible contributions, she had a great presence in the school. Having her around as a reliable, supportive member of staff was a great comfort.... Ms Visram earns my highest recommendation.
