Partnering with the Managers and team I look at communication skills, culture, team dynamics, hierarchical management and the team purpose. All of this can help in co-creating the relationship with the team, manager and coach. Team Coaching comes with Gall up CliftonStrengths assessment for the whole team, a minimum of 4 person is required for the CliftonStrenghs assessment.
