If you are new to breathwork or want to commit to three breathwork sessions to deepen your practice, this experience is for you.

This is a great series for anyone who is ready to take the next step in their self-discovery journey.

Different from sitting meditation, breathwork is an active form of meditation that utilizes active breath patterns to guide you, allowing you to drop into your body's intelligence.  It is a safe and natural form of healing that has existed for centuries.

Your body is always seeking harmony and balance.  Allowing your breath to take you on a safe, meditative journey gives the body the opportunity to heal itself, release emotions and limiting beliefs, regulate your nervous system and experience inner peace.

Each session uses specific breath patterns and music specifically curated for your intention.
Every person is unique, and every experience is different. I always encourage curiosity and freedom from expectations to allow your mind, body and soul to receive and release exactly what it needs.

In-person private sessions are available to those in the Twin Cities. Zoom sessions are welcome as well.
