This Cosmic Self-Care Sanctuary started as a private resource I built exclusively for my high-touch coaching clients — the exact same tools I used to help them move from burnout and resentment to calm, focused energy and health while juggling real life (kids, careers, and relationships).

And because strong relationships are a core part of true self-care (not a separate “extra”), you also get four monthly Relationship Infusions — seasonally coded, practical ways to reconnect with your partner (or with yourself if you’re flying solo). These are some of the same tools I use and teach as a certified relationship & life coach and marriage educator.
