12 week Thrive and Flourish: Elevate Your Well-being with Positive Intelligence
At the end of this 12 week program my aim is for you to have not only reignited your passion and purpose, but also to have gained invaluable insights and practical strategies for building mental fitness
This is a intensive foundation program that increases wellness, performance and positive relationships. It will equip you to create sustained change towards a more positive mindset by using a consistent daily practice to lay down new neural pathways to form new habits.
It provides the opportunity to identify and decrease negative thoughts (SABOTEURS) and work to increase positive thoughts (SAGE)
This is a group coaching program and included 1:1 coaching afterwards.
What to expect:
First week will include an introduction to the Intensive Foundation program and meeting others in your group.
For the next 8 weeks you will commit to:
- 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
- Weekly POD/GROUP meetings.
- 2 x 1 hour individual coaching sessions are valid for 3 months after completing the Intensive Foundation program.
- Access to the PQ app for 12 months.
