About Sharleen

My goal in coaching is that it will be some of the best money you've ever spent -- because great health is priceless.

I know this personally after many years of my own health struggles with debilitating fatigue, gut health, joint pain, and confusion about root causes -- not to mention an ongoing sense of being overwhelmed and alone as I searched for answers. But more on that later.

After eight years of working at the hospital bedside (yes, through COVID), I saw a vast need for "lifestyle medicine" coupled with our healthcare diagnoses and treatments to help people fully heal. The body knows how to heal itself better than we ever imagined, and powerful lifestyle practices exist that feed and support it. Miracles are still happening in hospitals, and incredible clinicians are working in them, but many people are still missing true and vibrant health.

Too many of us have lost our ability to take charge of our own health. You're the expert in your body and the best manager of your health. But you're likely overwhelmed with the latest studies and health trends. It's exhausting to find trustworthy health data that works. It's even harder to stick to health goals once we do find what works!

We need to reclaim our confidence to manage our own wellness and find tools we can personalize to our own unique health needs.

  • Twice-monthly gatherings in South Fork for 1.5 hours, typically on the second Saturday and fourth Thursday of each month
  • Once-monthly Zoom meeting at noon on a Thursday for an hour for personal follow up and application
  • Group support to:
    • pursue real, holistic health uniquely designed for you
    • use lifestyle medicine to meet your health goals and doctor's orders
    • discover movement you enjoy, so that exercising becomes your favorite part of the day
  • **Bonus**  You'll receive a 10% discount for one-on-one coaching. The 1:1 rate varies with your needs and the frequency of meetings.
