This Intro to Breathwork is to support your curiosity around breathwork. This is a great place to start. You will be introduced to several different breath patterns and get to experience how they shift your nervous system, moods and energy levels.

I highly recommend watching and practicing  these videos multiple times. You will see how your mind, body & soul go deeper each time you show up for a session. You will receive 3 different breath sessions in this package and you will get to experience how the breath can shift your nervous system, moods and energy levels in a short amount of time.


What to Expect in The Intro to Breathwork


In this course, you will be introduced to several types of breath patterns. The patterns will range from very relaxing to very energizing.

You are offered 3 different styles of sessions in audio form.

  • Rest & Release - relax and reduce stress & anxiety
  • Energized Bliss - a boost of energy without the caffeine
  • The Journey - a deeper dive to release the old and make space for the new


What is Breathwork?


Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to ground, energize, nourish and empower you. It’s profoundly healing and incredibly simple. 

Breathwork also helps to release emotional blockages and clear stress from the body. It can help to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma. This practice of conscious breath allows us to move through difficult emotions and find peace within.

Breathing consciously activates the parasympathetic nervous system, putting your mind & body in a relaxed state. It can bring higher states of awareness and a deep reconnection to self. When we stop and breathe, our physical, mental and energetic bodies are given the opportunity to heal. 
When we breath consciously, we start to connect to the present moment, we can start to move forward with clarity and purpose. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool for self-exploration, healing, and transformation.




What is Wild Breath?


Wild Breath is my style of teaching, my methodology.

I create personalized healing journeys by combining breath, movement, sound & prompts. It can be as gentle or dynamic as you need. You choose.  I provide an opportunity to ask & listen to what your body and spirit need.

I have found that the Wild Breath  technique allows for so much freedom for your body to uncover, make peace with, and release buried emotions and stuck energy, at your pace. This is an invitation to get honest about how your life “feels” in your body. To notice what parts of you need attention.

Wild Breath is a space to see what old stories, limitations and blocks you have been clinging to AND allow you to honor the journey while letting go.

Being trained and certified in multiple styles of transformational breathwork and specifically Trauma Informed Breathwork has really given me a lens of autonomy towards my clients. I give choices, options, information and I allow my client to move as quickly, slowly, gently or powerfully as they feel ready. I guide, hold space, encourage but never force. I encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone, but not past your safety zone.

Your body and inner wisdom will let you know when to push forward or when to sit and process.
