This Wild Breath 7-Day Journey is designed to give you a taste of just how effective a regular breathwork practice is in helping you release stress & anxiety and recharge & reset you, when you hit emotional, mental and even physical blocks. Jump into the course and follow it for the next 7 days and connect to yourself on a deeper level.

This journey will take you through some basics of breathwork and provide you with tools and techniques to connect with your breath and use it for self-healing.

Let your breath guide you through this 7-day Journey. You will incorporate focused intention, a daily dose of breathwork and self-reflection, through journaling. You will reconnect to your innate wisdom.

The suggested daily time investment is approximately 10-30 minutes per day.

What to Expect in The Wild Breath 7-Day Journey


You will be encouraged to set an intention for your Journey. Maybe you would like to work towards more energy so you can be more active, or better sleep or reduce stress and anxiety. Maybe your intention is to emotionally move past a traumatic experience or reconnect to your intuition or to create more abundance. Intentions are powerful ways to focus on a desired outcome.

Each day will consist of:

  • Daily Topic/Journal Prompt
  • Guided Morning Breath Practice
  • Guided Evening Breath Practice
  • Optional Afternoon Practice (found in bonus section)

What is Breathwork?


Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to ground, energize, nourish and empower you. It’s profoundly healing and incredibly simple. 

Breathwork also helps to release emotional blockages and clear stress from the body. It can help to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma. This practice of conscious breath allows us to move through difficult emotions and find peace within.

Breathing consciously activates the parasympathetic nervous system, putting your mind & body in a relaxed state. It can bring higher states of awareness and a deep reconnection to self. When we stop and breathe, our physical, mental and energetic bodies are given the opportunity to heal. 
When we breath consciously, we start to connect to the present moment, we can start to move forward with clarity and purpose. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool for self-exploration, healing, and transformation.




What is Wild Breath?


Wild Breath is my style of teaching, my methodology.

I create personalized healing journeys by combining breath, movement, sound & prompts. It can be as gentle or dynamic as you need. You choose.  I provide an opportunity to ask & listen to what your body and spirit need.

I have found that the Wild Breath  technique allows for so much freedom for your body to uncover, make peace with, and release buried emotions and stuck energy, at your pace. This is an invitation to get honest about how your life “feels” in your body. To notice what parts of you need attention.

Wild Breath is a space to see what old stories, limitations and blocks you have been clinging to AND allow you to honor the journey while letting go.

Being trained and certified in multiple styles of transformational breathwork and specifically Trauma Informed Breathwork has really given me a lens of autonomy towards my clients. I give choices, options, information and I allow my client to move as quickly, slowly, gently or powerfully as they feel ready. I guide, hold space, encourage but never force. I encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone, but not past your safety zone.

Your body and inner wisdom will let you know when to push forward or when to sit and process.

Wild Breath allows you to find your life’s answers within YOU. You will build trust & clarity in yourself, so you can live a life you love, full of purpose & inspiration.
