Your sexual energy is life force energy, is goddess consciousness, is the true source of your aliveness and vibrancy.  Reconnecting with this powerful, ecstatic, divine energy within you opens the door to a pleasure-filled life both in and out of the bedroom.   When you are tuned in to your body's wisdom and capacity for pleasure, you can access your true confidence, radiance, and joy.  Your sex life becomes expansive and fulfilling,   your inner light can shine.  You can fully embody your inner goddess or tantrika.

And yet connecting with this aspect of ourselves can feel really challenging. Layers of societal conditioning, past trauma, expectations, judgement, shame, body image issues, and more, can cause us to disconnect from our pleasure.  To feel numbness or disinterest, perhaps to unconsciously block the free flow of energy.  Or just to feel that, while our sex life is adequate, it could potentially be so much more... There is absolutely nothing wrong with you if you feel this way, thousands of years of patriarchy has taught so many women to lose touch with their sacred pleasure, and to dim their light.  Yet it is completely possible to shed these layers, to uncover your underlying wholeness and the truth of yourself, to awaken to your authentic sexuality and expansive bliss. To start to claim the truly satisfying sex life you deserve.

In our ten sessions together we will gently work to bring you more and more in touch with your own  inner guidance and wisdom so that you are able to fully access your pleasure.   In this deep but gentle and transformative approach we use a combination of modern neuroscience and ancient tantric teachings.  Utilising somatic techniques including breathwork, embodiment, energetic practices, and parts work, to bring radical self compassion and acceptance to all parts of you, and in the process allow you to rediscover your authentic confidence, sacred sexuality and empowered truth. 

I work only one to one, so that every online session is completely tailored to your personal journey, at a pace that works for you, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  I am committed to trauma-informed practices, and to full inclusivity.  I welcome LGBT+ clients, and am polyamory and kink positive.
