We are thrilled to be offering you more of our in-person retreat offerings in the beautiful and serene Bend, Oregon. Here you will experience a unique and deeply rich Murmuration! The full 6-month Murmuration Experience kicks off with a 4-day, 3-night retreat where you will get to awaken to what you want next in your life supported by a dynamic cohort of women and guided by our team of amazing coaches and facilitators.

During our time together, you will be able to explore, "What is it I truly want to create next for myself?" Discover answers that are beautiful and true to you while getting you into action to bring into fruition what it is you truly want next in your life.




Day 1: Arrival Day
If you are flying into Bend you will want to plan your flights around the Redmond (RDM) Airport. We are a 30-minute drive door-to door from the airport to our stay in Bend, OR. Our team can help you plan your travel and transfers to/from the Murmuration Guesthouse.

Please arrive by 1PM on February 28th. Address to follow. We will kick off our Murmuration Immersive while getting to know one another as a cohort. This evening venture out into Bend for a cohort dinner on the town. Allowing you to get to know one another and experience the uniqueness of Bend, Oregon. This is the only meal not included in your curricular package. We will return home for hot tub and drinks by the fire for those that choose to stay up later.

Day 2: Inner Wisdom

Our day begins at 8 am with gentle yoga followed by intention setting. We will then dive further into our experiential curriculum that will first awaken you to your Inner Wisdom which will help to inform you as to what you want next in your life, while your cohort provides the Murmuration energy needed to uplift and ignite what is to come! Our plan is to go snowshoeing this afternoon as we begin to tap into nature wisdom.

We will again start with yoga and intention setting followed by looking to Nature Wisdom and Collective Wisdom to inspire you further to create what you want next in your life. Today we will get even more clear on what it is you want and how to bring it into fruition as you return home, still supported by your cohort over the next six months. We will end the day with a very meaningful closing dinner that is sure to deepen your appreciation for the women around you on this journey as you dare to dream big. You will definitely feel a true Murmuration moment this evening.

Share one last coffee and breakfast with your cohort. Determine collectively your one-month meeting zoom time before heading home. We will complete our immersive experience by 10am. We will say our goodbyes as you venture out to explore Bend, or head home.

Queen Room - $300
Private Room with Sofa Bed - $200
Bunk Room - Free of charge

Please note, King beds are available at a double occupancy basis if you’d like to split room costs with a friend.

Each day during your break from the curriculum, you’ll get to decide how you’d like to spend your time reflecting. Take a stroll around the Murmuration Guesthouse and take in the Central Oregon sights, unwind in the hot tub, relax by the fire pit, or enjoy the fitness facilities in the club house.

We know that life happens. All retreat bookings are refundable up to two months before your retreat, with the exception of your $800 USD non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. If you’re unable to attend your Murmuration Immersive Retreat and it is within two months of your retreat, your payment can be redirected to another retreat, assuming that:

(A) We have space in a later date, and

(B) We’re able to fill the spot that you’ve canceled.
