Single Session Plan for Couples
Relationships are one of the key factors in humanity that can make life great...except for when they don't! Let's face it, we all come into the relationship with intentions of this being "my person". Then those pesky "things" from the past also move in and begin to erode the fabric of "us".

A romantic relationship can only survive as long as both parties remain unselfish. Once "self" becomes the focus, the relationship is in trouble.

So why does this seem to happen to the best, and worst, of couples?

Simply put, we all fall victim to what is called the "Anatomy of a Stronghold". We buy the lies, form improper belief systems, develop negative coping behaviors, and then we get stuck in that cycle. This causes us to strive for the acceptance of others, erodes our identity, leads us down paths of insecurity, and makes us question if we have any purpose here beyond our struggles. Our past always follows us into a relationship, especially if we have not dealt with these strongholds.

During this 50 minute session, we will work on identifying your individual and relationship wounds one session at a time. Please recognize, this will require more than one session, as there is no such thing as "One and Done!"

If scheduling this on the hourly plan is best for you, then we will dig up the roots to wounds, session by session, that are leaving you stuck on the hamster wheel of insanity - "Doing the same things, expecting different results" - and you'll learn how to identify, overcome, and grow from life circumstances that are negatively impacting you relative to meeting the needs of Acceptance, Identity, Security, and Purpose in your life and your relationship.
