“ Gary Finnan was engaged by Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs in October 2022, with the purpose of aiding the Board of Directors and staff in an actionable strategic plan for 2023. As part of this goal, Gary worked with the members of this Not For Profit organization in their outreach, managed relationships, and brand awareness, in an effort to leverage their mission recognition. Gary worked tirelessly in the fulfillment of Great Oak's roadmap for their future. Upon the hiring of a new Executive Director, Gary trained and shepherded this person in continuation of the shared strategic intent. The Board of Directors of Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs has tremendous respect and admiration for Gary's talents. That appreciation has given Great Oak the confidence to move forward, meeting their objectives for growth and sustainability. Shawna Dietrich Chairman of The Board ”
