Missionary Formation Training & Coaching (Forge Washtenaw)

What is the Missionary Formation Experience?
It is a 7 month coaching and training experience that equips people to live as missionaries where they live, work and play.  The residency includes:
- Content (videos and readings on an online platform),
- Monthly cohort-based gatherings where we gain insights and wrestle with our unlearning and learning as a big group.
- Monthly coaching sessions (where a coach connects with you and 2-3 others to help you get clarity on what God is saying to you in your particular context)
- Action/reflection exercises that help cultivate missional practices in your context

Who is the Missionary Formation Experience for?
- Everyday people who carry a burden for those in their context who are far from God.  This could be a stay at home parent, full-time employee, college student, retiree, non profit or church leader
- Pastors who seek to be more effective develop leaders and equip their people for mission
- Church planters who desire to start new missional churches or communities in their city
- Network or regional leaders who desire to lead their networks in a paradigm shift towards missional living
