This 8 week programme engages the learner to practise and  recognize the difference between the boundlessness of their energy and the limitations of their physical identity, the difference between your 'persona' and your essence, and to close the gap between who you put forward to the outside and who you're truly feeling on the inside.
This programme is an individual self-growth and self-discovery journey, to help you be the best version of you to share with those around you. No personal history and stories need to be shared!

Each session is divided into content and meditation delivered in a group setting. Content is learned through various teaching styles and methods to best accommodate the diversity of the group and to promote different perspectives. Meditation is incorporated in small sessions throughout the lessons and available recordings for home use. The  intention is to initiate self awareness, and to start putting into practise learned concepts and ideas covered in the content. This promotes real life practise experience, learning presence and focus, elevating your emotional state,  tapping into your heart's intelligence, and shifting one's own state of mind. 
Each week's topic will focus on different areas of our being, these include;
Being grounded; Learning your Energy System, Aligning ourselves for growth; Stabilizing states of mind and emotion; Values & Intention Setting; Communication; Boundaries; Self-Reflection

  • Being grounded and turning down your analytical mind
  • Understanding and experiencing your body's energy system

  • Intentionally activating and exploring your two states of being (sympathetic and parasympathetic)

  • Communicating through empathy, intuition and energy 
  • Building heart and brain coherence through Meditation
  • Engaging in a reflective practise process for continuous growth
