Focused Small Groups for Targeted Health Topics

Individual health needs are so personal, but we certainly have common needs, too.

As we meet together at our twice-monthly Nourish meetings, common topics will surface and compel some of us to dig deeper into one issue. For this, we can establish focus groups on topics of interest.

Some women want to work deeper on sleep or brain health, while others need to reduce systemic inflammation and boost their overall immune system.

A few of us may also need to tackle peri or post-menopausal issues together.

We could also meet to dig deeper into the seemingly magical powers of mind-body practices like meditation and yoga.

Some women may want to dig into intermittent fasting (ya, crazy, right?!) and give it a month-long whirl (intermittently, that is!). There is some very intriguing literature and personal stories on the power of fasting for a variety of health issues as well as weight loss. But it's soooo hard and a little risky to do it right on your own. We could do it together as a group instead to boost success and motivation.

The sky is the limit on the topics.

As common issues surface within our Nourish community, we can narrow them down into smaller focus groups to address the commonalities and pursue change together.

Stay tuned because I'm incredibly excited to see how this offer evolves as Nourish gets established!

Can't wait,

Sharleen

Ultimately, we will organize this offer uniquely to the women within the focus groups. We could choose to meet once a week for a month or more.

I wish I could say the rate will remain $0, but that will unfold, too, as we create the groups and nail down the specific needs and length of time to work together.

If you're in our Nourish group or on our general mailing list, I promise you'll be notified as these options arise!

P.S. This offer isn't available yet, but it will be soon! Email [email protected] if you're interested.

“ Meeting you inspired me a lot and made me think about topics that we pay little attention to. ”
