This program includes private coaching with Jennifer for a total of 9 virtual sessions. The first two sessions are 90 mins. All other sessions are one hour in length.

- Continue action planning/goal setting in health/wellness, family/relationships, career/finances, self-development/spiritual
- Create your customized action plan toward balance in your priority area(s)
Month 3
- Dive into tools and techniques that include working through limiting beliefs and clearing negative emotions rooted in the past
- Additional tools and techniques
- Reflection, wrap-up and celebrate your commitment on this transformative journey!
