I am SUUUUUUUUUUPER excited to launch this Lead-N-Grow Academy for girls who are in leadership roles. When I was growing up, I noticed that there was little leadership training associated with the roles that coaches trained us for. We were expected to train hardcore for whatever our sport or extracurricular activity was but outside of that, it was up to each of us or others to help us to learn what it meant to be a leader. Being a leader is not all about just popularity, but to actually help and encourage others to be the best version of themselves while evolving into their personal best version .
This vision came to my heart back in 2022 while I was in the middle of transitioning back to Houston and feeling the need for our girls to gain training on how to carry themselves as leaders and to be the light on their campuses.
PROGRAM BREAKDOWN:

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN:
- Meet once a week for an hour via Zoom or locally (if located nearby)
- Discuss current struggles
- Identity and confidence assessment
- Create a weekly disciplined routine together
- Personal Weekly assignments/challenges
- Grade check-ins and follow-ups
