This is an opportunity you to get to know each other; and for you to  get a feel for what it would be like to work with Molly.   During this time you learn more about the coach/client relationship, and get answers to your coaching questions.  You will share a bit about why you are considering coaching, and determine if this coaching relationship is a good fit for you.
