Foundation questionnaire package


This package is based on the world-renowned Harrison Assessments Smart Questionnaire, which measures 175 psychological traits and enables the effective measurement of leadership paradoxes, emotional intelligence, personality, motivation, attitudes, passion for specific jobs, engagement, and retention - all in 25 minutes! It is especially recommended for executive clients but is also very informative for anyone simply seeking direction and improved self knowledge. 

When you purchase this package we have an initial 30 min call to explain how the Smart Questionnaire works. You book a time for this and I then send a link to you so that you can complete the questionnaire in your own time, which is then returned to both of us for interpretation. You then book your 90 minute structured 'coaching debrief' with me to apply the results to your personal situation and to form a basis for a further series of coaching sessions (also available to purchase in my Coaching Shop) to focus on what you may now want to change or develop.
