Since I started working with Cristhel as my coach, with her example, advice, and ongoing support, I've seen powerful changes in my life. Working with Cristhel was one of the best acts of self-love I’ve committed to in a long time. During our time together I was able to work through blockages I hadn’t realized were even there within me, keeping me from moving forward in relationships and in my self-growth. Cristhel was able to guide me through each session really meeting me where I was on any given day and yet still gently pushing me forward. I felt always confident in her care and guidance throughout each session, I could tell she had been putting in time and great thoughtfulness between sessions to lead me. Her voice is so kind and nurturing as is her way of helping me to better understand those parts of myself that I did have great resistance to embracing. She handled my resistance always with so much love and ease, I never for a minute felt judged or anything other than led by a dear friend through days and inner personalities that I was really struggling with.
