The Details

This community will meet on ZOOM a minimum of 2x/month.  Monthly calendars will be posted the last week of the previous month. Join all of the classes or pick and choose. All sessions will be recorded and available for download for 30 days, so if you can't make a session, you can always watch it later.

Each month participate in Tribe Talk which will include the introduction of the months topic. The curated topic discussions are an opportunity to update old ideas,  experiment with new concepts and  learn new tools, as well as an opportunity for some quick fire, hot seat coaching.

Experience transformative Wild Breath sessions, to release stress & anxiety, to dissolve buried emotions & to create space to create the life of your dreams.  We will seal the months topic with the deep healing of your very own medicine, your breath.

Enjoy pop-up WILD CARD sessions...this can include. Kundalini Yoga, meditation, bonus breathwork, oracle card readings, hot seat coaching, guest speakers, dance, astrology, art... a different treat each month.
