- 15-minute discovery session – this session is a dedicated time for us to discuss your needs and align around goals and expectations to set you up for success.
- What are your most pressing challenge/issues in ENM?
- If you could solve this problem/reach this goal, what would that be like for you?
- What will be the effect on you of moving forward (or not) on this? How will it look?
- 45-minute video call
- This is the heart and soul of peer support with the Poly Advisor!
- We'll dive right into your ENM challenges and co-create potential solutions.
- I'll also provide you with further resources that will inspire you to continue to learn and self-educate.
Please remember: peer support is not a replacement for traditional therapy or counseling.
