(2012-2022)

I was the first editorial manager for Opensource.com at Red Hat, creating our editorial system and process that eventually published 3 articles/day and garnered 3M page views a month. In the second half of my tenure (10 years total), I moved into the community manager role for the hundreds of Opensource.com contributors. Eventually, I hired a community manager to take my place and graduated to the Community Director role, managing each community manager for each of the three sister sites (Opensource.com, TEP, and Architect).

(2022-2023)

I spearheaded content strategy for the tech startup AppMap (developer software), partnering with Developer Advocate (Garrett Hamelin) and writing myself to publish 2-4 articles monthly. Most were published on Dev.to between May and November last year.

I spearheaded content strategy for the tech startup Profian (encryption software), creating web pages, blog posts, white papers, and sales sheets (not public).

In these Head of Marketing roles, I created newsletters, contributed to website copy and landing page strategy, coordinated event planning, and managed our external PR agency.
