SoulText is a simple new program for people who are not ready to enter a full-blown coaching program, but still want to connect with a coach on a regular basis. Think of it as “Coaching Lite” or “Semi-Coaching”.

Think of me as that Angel sitting on your shoulder!

Many of us are not ready to join a monthly coaching program. Most of the time, you just want someone in the background of your life giving you that little nudge to stay on track. Sometimes, you just need to chat with someone who understands your perspective and will provide you with support, kindness, and honesty without judgment.

That's where I come in. I'm here to help you navigate the challenges of self-discovery and personal growth on a daily basis. With Love, you'll have a supportive coach by your side, empowering you to reach your goals and discover the best version of yourself. Let's embark on this journey together!

What is included:

SoulText provides regular communication via text message, centered around YOUR needs. Whether you are looking for accountability, motivation or just a spiritual friend who understands your journey, SoulText’s daily text messages will support you on your journey.

SoulText will send you a daily text in the morning to start your day off right, and a daily text in the evening to provide a motivational end to your night. Based on YOUR needs, SoulText will reply to text messages, and text you check ins throughout the day.

My Bosom Buddy offers Spiritual Coaching; therefore, our approach is spiritual in nature. Daily texts may also include spiritual affirmations, meditation suggestions, references to the moon phases, pictures of cool rocks... basically, anything I stumble upon that may benefit you spiritually in someway.

What is NOT included:

Spam... I will not spam your phone, and I will not spam your email inbox. I will not sell your contact information to anyone else either! No one LOVEs spam!! Your contact information is safe with me, and I will never sell it to third parties.
