During our discovery call we'll keep things informal and relaxed - the most important thing is that we get to know each other so we can decide if we're the right fit for doing transformative work. 

But to ensure we also cover the essentials, let's roughly aim to cover the following during our hour together: 

  1. A bit about coaching (led by me) 
  2. What has brought you here (led by you)
  3. What a possible coaching partnership could look like (led by me)

You might find it beneficial to reflect on point 2 before we meet, if you haven't already - I've included some thought-starter questions below in case useful: 

  • Why are you considering coaching? 
  • What would success look like for you at the end of your coaching package? 
  • Is there anything which currently prevents you from making progress on your goals?
