If you’ve heard about The Bengston Energy Healing Method®, you know this technique needs a little more commitment from the client.

Besides the distant individual session, I’ll send you some charged cotton for a daily treatment and I’ll teach you how to cycle. The distant session will take place while you’re in the comfort of your own home, at a time that is convenient to you — no need to connect in any way (no Zoom-gloom needed!).

And don’t worry about us being distant: Energy has no boundaries! If you never had a distance energy practice session, I invite you to try it. Most people find that without any distractions from the mind the results are even more powerful!

We’ll talk through e-mail or phone about guidelines / intention setting. We’ll specify a time and day, and you will lay down and relax for approximately 60 minutes.

This treatment is stronger and the cleansing that takes place can be discouraging. That’s why we only serve people who are willing to commit to a 8 session package.
