Our bodies are our antennae. They are the means by which we interact with our world. Somatic 
witnessing will allow you to receive more of your body's messages: those that feel more difficult, or are compressed below the surface, or forgotten because they've become routine.

Coaching is a ritual, sacred space. By getting together in the roles of "coach" and "client," we make an offering to the unknown, so that the unknown can move through our relationship and offer us clarity, answers, direction, hope, and presence. 

People come to coach with me to look deeper at the underlying current beneath the day-to-day. Our lens for that necessarily includes the routine situations: daily tasks, conflicts, goals, relationships. But in this work we serve a greater purpose: to discover who we are and how we can channel that in every moment.

Perhaps you'll find that there isn't always a clear answer or outcome at the end of the session. You may see yourself in search of metrics or assurances about the impact of this work. I consider my role to be in service of your larger process, one has started and will continue outside of our time together.  What I offer is much more elusive, more wicked than an outcome. I offer an expansion into knowing that is somatic.
