Energy healing is relaxing and a wonderful way to relieve stress. It can assist with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages. Everything is energy, including the spirit essence of which we are made. If you choose the remote option for this session, you do not have to be on camera, although you will the option to be if desired. You will meet at the scheduled time at which you are encouraged to be as relaxed as possible (disconnect from tech, seated or lying down if possible). Although energy lives outside of time and space, and is always present, being relaxed during your session creates intentionality and can deepen your conscious perception of the messages received. If you have an area of specific need, you can note this at the time of booking. Otherwise, Cicely will intuitively tap into Spirit and will communicate with you in writing following your session, with notes, downloads, or recommendations for furthering your healing.
