Feeling a call to psychedelic medicines? This coaching provides preparation and integration sessions. Although I am not a guide for the experience itself, we can help you prepare by building a solid foundation.  This is a blend of talking, intention setting, crafting personalized support tools, and discussing what post-integration looks like for you. Integration sessions are really important as they "land," or, reaffirm the lessons and self-discoveries into your nervous system, psyche, and ultimately entire life story! Note: this is a single session purchase. For an "integration package" please book the 5-session package in my shop.

An important note: I am not an emergency contact, nor am I a licensed… I suggest all of my clients seek trained counseling in parallel with coaching.
