In-Person Divorce Wellness Consultation-to-Coach (45 mins.) - Reno NV Only
Let's get acquainted! I work with women at any stage of divorce (considering, initiating, responding to or blindsided by a spouse's request or filing, and post-decree transition and recovery). The Divorce Wellness Consultation is your chance to share the challenges you face, your goals, and what most concerns you.
This initial meeting although it is not a coaching session will be a first step to reducing stress and overcoming any overwhelm you may be feeling. It also gives you and me an opportunity to explore the prospect of working together as coach and client to help you focus on your strengths, make better decisions, de-escalate conflict and avoid behaviors that traumatize everyone and contribute to costly, high-conflict, and lengthy divorces.
If we both believe you'd benefit from my services, I'll share how the Women-At-Their-Best™ Divorce Wellness Coaching Program works and how soon we could begin. We'll discuss how urgent your need for support is and whether weekly (Immersion Package) or bi-weekly (Sure & Steady Package) sessions are best for you.
