The Coaching Sessions:
We will meet every 1 to 2 weeks over a period of 2 to 3 months to explore your situation and find realistic solutions to move you forwards. We will meet using Zoom and I will tailor my 1:1 coaching to suit you and your particular challenges.

First, I will start off by asking what is going on with you now.  Then, together we will identify some patterns which have brought you to this point and work on a realistic plan to get you back into a good situation. It will mean letting go of some self-limiting beliefs that you may have been holding onto. I will help you to discard some things which have been getting in your way. You will develop some new ways of coping and thriving. Life will become easier and happier.

The Results:
By the end of our sessions together you will feel calmer, back in balance and energised. You will be sleeping better and feeling motivated again. You will be confident about making decisions and feel more in control of your life.
