How it works:


We kick off the month with a one-hour call.
You let me know what's working and what's not, and we set goals together based on your priorities and struggles. These can be work or business tasks, self-care and household duties, or a mix. You get to focus on what's most important to you.

For the next 3 weeks, we meet for 30 minutes.
This is accountability, check-in, pep talks, celebrations, and course correction. Creating change is hard and often takes some trial and error. These calls allow us to stay on top of your goals.

Ongoing Voxer and email support
Remember I said you aren't doing this alone? You've got priority access to me via Voxer (a messaging app). Monday through Friday I'm just a text away for whatever you need.
