Four weeks of Geek Squad reps scheduling appointments and not showing up after telling me my problem was I needed a new computer that they helped me purchase. Initially, I didn't know much more than how to delete an email, and I wanted to send and receive emails. The more we worked together on how I could use my computer the more comfortable I was. I was no longer hesitant to use it now I enjoy communicating with others as I am doing right now. Of course you showed me so much more than what was my initial concerns and we occasionally had to go back as my memory isn't the best, but the more we worked together the easier it became for me to learn and reach my goal.
