This 8-week 1:1 coaching journey is for the woman who looks like she is “doing fine” on the outside, but on the inside is thinking things like:

I’m confused. I don’t know what to do.
I’m stuck in a rut. I can’t take another year of this.

I’m so tired of failing.
My head is full of fog. I can’t think straight.
I don’t know the next step, so I end up doing nothing.
I feel so alone with this. I’ve had enough.

If that sounds familiar, you are not broken and you are not failing. But you are at a point where something has to change.

You might be running a business, in a demanding job, between roles, or juggling caring responsibilities. The details are different, but the feeling is the same: you are exhausted from trying to figure it out on your own and you are sick and tired of feeling like this.

This Reset is a confidential space for you – your mind, your emotions, your energy, your hopes. We then make sure that the way you live and work starts to line up with that, step by step.

You do not have to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to know you cannot keep going as you are.

What we explore over the 8 weeks

We tailor the journey to you based on scientifically proven positive psychology methods, but these are some of the themes we may weave through our sessions.
1. Where you really are now
  • Taking a kind, honest look at how you are actually feeling and coping
  • Noticing what is quietly draining you and what, if anything, is still giving you energy
  • Naming the season you are in, rather than judging yourself for not being somewhere else
2. What you actually want next
  • Clarifying what “better” would look and feel like in your everyday life
  • Exploring your values, strengths and priorities in this chapter, not some ideal future
  • Beginning to picture a way of living and working that supports your wellbeing, not erodes it
3. The stories and “shoulds” that keep you stuck
  • Bringing into the open the thoughts that fuel your stuckness: “I’m failing”, “I should be further on by now”, “What’s the point?”
  • Exploring self-doubt, comparison and the fear of getting it “wrong”
  • Gently challenging people pleasing and patterns that keep you over-giving and under-resourced
4. How you want to live and work
  • Looking at how your time, energy and attention are actually being spent
  • Exploring what you want more of and less of in a normal week
  • Considering boundaries, small changes and simple practices that support your nervous system and health
5. Building self trust
  • Learning to hear your own voice beneath the noise of advice, expectations and “shoulds”
  • Practising a kinder, steadier inner dialogue so you are not constantly beating yourself up
  • Strengthening your ability to make decisions you can stand behind, even if they feel stretching
6. Meaningful, sustainable next steps
  • Choosing a small number of focused changes or experiments for the weeks ahead
  • Making those changes feel realistic and compassionate, not harsh or punishing
  • Creating ways to keep checking in with yourself, so this reset continues beyond our time together
Throughout, I am not here to tell you who to be or how to live. I am here to ask powerful questions, reflect what I see and hold a calm, non-judgemental space so you can access your own wisdom and move forwards with more clarity and courage.

Every woman’s journey is unique, but by the end of your 8-week Reset you can expect to feel:

  • More grounded in yourself, with language for what is and is not okay for you anymore
  • More resourced, with simple, doable ways to look after your energy and wellbeing
  • More honest, with yourself and with others, about what you want and what you are no longer willing to tolerate
  • More confident taking considered steps, instead of staying stuck in overthinking, avoidance or “I don’t know what to do”

You will not leave with a perfect five year plan. You will leave with a truer relationship with yourself and a kinder, clearer way of moving forwards, even if life still feels uncertain.

What is included

  • Eight weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions online (over 8 consecutive weeks)
  • A short pre-programme questionnaire so we can start with a shared understanding of where you are
  • Light reflection or “homework” between sessions where helpful
  • Brief email check-ins between sessions if you want to share insights or questions
  • A summary at the end of the programme, gathering your key shifts and intentions for the months ahead

Please note that ongoing personal commitment and active participation are crucial to the transformative potential of the coaching. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances. All sessions are delivered via Zoom.
