Sometimes we're so busy living a life we thought we should be living, that we neglect some parts of ourselves. This is especially true for us sensitive people: We're often so attuned to other people's needs, that we forget to listen to ourselves. 

We don't know:
  • What is it that I really want? 
  • What do I need to feel whole? 
  • Where am I going, and what for?



Let me guess:

You’re a dedicated and attentive working professional, always trying to do the best you can. From the outside it looks like you have everything you need and you know you’re privileged. But you have a nagging feeling that there must be more to life. You just have no idea what that might be.

You're probably also stressed and overworked. You love helping the people around you, because it makes you feel needed, but it's just too much.

You dislike conflict and don't want to stir up any difficult situations, so often you agree to things because it's much easier than finding the right words to decline and fearing the reaction afterwards. When you do decline, you often replay the conversations in your head, whether you were too harsh or said something wrong. The other person could be mad or think less of you. You've developed your own way of saying no: making up excuses, inventing other things you need to do instead, but it feels disingenuous and it's draining, right?

You  secretly feel like there’s something wrong with you. Most people around you seem to have their sh*t together, but you feel like you missed an important memo on life. You have no idea what to change about it though. But you want to find out!

You're so ready to get to know yourself better, but if you're being really honest with yourself, you’re also afraid of what you’ll find out. (I know this feeling, I've been there, too. Trust me: The fear you're feeling right now is so much worse than facing what you're afraid of facing and finally setting yourself free. )

All this is hard for you to fix by yourself because you secretly doubt that you can trust yourself.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy (which is great), but it wasn't with the right person? Maybe you’re talking to your friends and reading self-help books, but your underlying doubts haven’t changed

My method of combining mindfulness practice with certified coaching methods in tailored-to-you 1:1 sessions is designed to provide a safe space in which you can get to know yourself better, explore your innermost wishes and learn to trust yourself again.

In this program I'll provide the space, the framework and the tools that will enable you to get to know yourself better, truly and completely, and to develop a clear plan for the next action steps.

I can help you with this because I know how you feel.

I’m a recovering people pleaser myself and also highly sensitive. I know first-hand how hard it is to trust your gut feeling when all your life, you’ve been so attentive to pleasing the people around you. It’s like you know what they need better than you know yourself. I’ve developed this coaching program by researching the particular intersection of sensitivity and people pleasing

I was so drained out from pleasing people at some point, that I had nothing more to give. With the help of my own coach (coaches need coaches, too) I set off on a path to find out what I needed and face some difficult feelings head-on. I realized that the unwanted feelings I’d been scared of were actually pretty helpful signposts. They helped me to get on the path I’m on today, which is exactly right for me. I now don't fear those feelings anymore. I use them:  as signs.

I now help people like you achieve this as well! This might happen to you, too. By working on yourself, you'll inspire positive change in the people around you. I love this work because I imagine a world in which more people can contribute in a meaningful way, from a place of happiness and clarity.

This coaching process is for you, if:

  • you just want someone to tell you what to do next. Coaching means that I help you find your own solutions – I don’t find the solution for you. But I have lots of inspiration along the way – and the methods to guide you. 
  • you’re not willing or able to make yourself a priority for ten minutes per day.
