Step 1: Listen to your body
Autistic traits can make it hard to tell what’s really going on inside—emotions and distress states like sensory overload can get muddled.
Figuring out what you need in the moment can feel like trying to swim to shore without knowing which way is up.
We start by tuning into your body’s cues—unjumbling emotions, and learning to recognise your different brain states.

Step 2: Let go of old emotions
As you tune into your body’s cues, long-buried emotions may start to surface.
In this step, you’ll learn how to move through these feelings instead of getting stuck in them.
You’ll release the emotional weight that’s been dragging you down—building self-compassion for EVERY version of you.

Step 3: Map out your needs
For years, you’ve tried to meet your needs the way everyone else does—only to end up exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering why it never quite works.
In this step, we’ll map out what you actually need—not what you’ve been told you should need—to keep stress, overwhelm, and fatigue to a minimum.
This will be your roadmap to return to whenever life feels unmanageable—so you always know how to get back to balance.
Step 4: Clear the obstacles
Even when you know what you need, making it happen can feel impossible.
Maybe getting enough alone time feels out of reach. Or asking for support feels uncomfortable. That’s completely okay.
In this step, we’ll explore the practical and emotional hurdles standing in your way—and create a plan to navigate them.
With each small change, you’ll move closer to living a life that actually works for you.
We’ll follow a clear path, but this is your journey—each session will meet you exactly where you are.
