You have opportunity to engage deeply or just dip your toes in; depending on current interest, need, and intention: as I know capacity and desires shifts as you move through stages of your journey!
As you navigate the cycles of life, knowing you are connected and held within a supportive unified field can help to stabilize your baseline, come back to your center quickly, and amplify your growth, creation, and expansion.
- 1 group session / month: experience group collaboration without overwhelm.
- 1 Group Distant Healing / month: offline, nothing required of you except be open to receiving! AND you will be able to request a specific focus for the healing; and it will be addressed.
Your journey of healing, awakening, expansion, and creation, is personal and unique to you. It can be lonely as your perspectives, habits, beliefs, and patterns shift; and as they shift, so do your relationships and your external “reality.”

It is deeply reassuring at a somatic and a soul level to know others are also experiencing similar insights and challenges.
When someone has been through challenges we are currently undergoing and come out the other side stronger, wiser, kinder; it shows us what is possible.
Humans are social beings, we calibrate to each other and co-regulate with each other.
Which means that when someone is holding the frequencies of trust, love, calm, peace, and joy, the mirror neurons in our nervous systems can become regulated by attuning and entraining to these mastery qualities—we can become more peaceful and loving just by being around peaceful and loving people!
This is one of the many ways we support each other’s growth and healing! We don't have to go it alone!
By witnessing the courage, wisdom, and vulnerability of others we gain compassion and a deeper trust and recognition of our own beauty and capacity.
As self trust increases, so does trust in others.
