As an experienced therapist and helping professional for over 15 years, I have seen how caring for others while neglecting your own needs can lead to pure psychological and physical exhaustion to the point that you become incapable of helping anyone, let alone yourself.

Utilizing a process and outcomes driven coaching approach, I provide helping professionals with the knowledge, support, and tools to cultivate a resilient mindset and adopt sustainable habits  to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
