Mindful Menopause
This 8-week mindful menopause program is designed to initially provide you with a basis in mindfulness and meditation. We will then move on to focussing specifically on the symptoms and emotional states you are experiencing, creating a very personalised approach to peri/menopause.

This is not a substitute for HRT and the course is beneficial to women who are already taking HRT as well as those yet to start, or those who do not wish to take it at all.
